The LandFi platform and LND token involve significant risks. By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge and accept the following disclosures:

(1) Market and Volatility Risk
‍Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile. The price of LND or any digital asset may fluctuate dramatically, and you could lose all value.

(2) Regulatory Risk
‍Regulatory regimes governing crypto assets are evolving. Changes in laws may impact the platform’s operation, your ability to use tokens, or the classification of LND.

(3) Smart Contract and Platform Risk
‍LandFi relies on smart contracts that may contain bugs, vulnerabilities, or be subject to malicious attacks. While audits may be performed, no system is entirely secure.

(4) Staking and Participation Risk
‍Staking LND or participating in governance carries risk of impermanent loss, smart contract failure, and delay in access to staked funds. Rewards are not guaranteed.

(5) DAO and Governance Risk
‍The LandFi DAO is governed by community votes. Poor governance decisions could negatively affect the platform’s future or token value.

(6) Custody and Key Management Risk
‍You are solely responsible for your wallet credentials, private keys, and backup phrases. Loss of access could result in permanent loss of funds.

(7) Liquidity and Slippage Risk
‍Trading LND on DEXs or CEXs may involve high slippage or low liquidity. You may be unable to exit positions at a favourable price.

(8) Geographic Restrictions
‍LandFi may not be available in all jurisdictions. You are responsible for complying with your local laws and confirming that your use of the platform is legal.

(9) No Guarantee of Return
‍There is no assurance of profitability or ROI from holding or staking LND. Token utility and ecosystem rewards are not financial instruments. If in doubt, consult an independent financial advisor.
