1) Introduction

LandFi is a multi-faceted real-world asset (RWA) platform that brings real estate value on-chain.

The LandFi token (LND) is an ERC-20 utility token, not a security, equity, or property claim. It provides access to staking pools, DAO governance, and ecosystem utilities.

Through LandFi, users can participate in short-term staking pools (30–60 days) linked to real estate acquisitions, subdivisions, sales, and rental income. Staking pools are time-locked smart-contract vaults that securely hold LND for the duration of the cycle and automatically distribute USDC and LND rewards at the end of the term.

A significant share of proceeds is contributed back to the ecosystem to:
  • Fund rewards (USDC and LND)
  • Buy back and burn LND
  • Grow a DAO-influenced treasury (BTC/ETH/LND/USDC)

The Problem:
Traditional real estate is difficult to access - auctions, off-market deals, and subdivisions require capital, expertise, and time. DeFi promised to make participation more inclusive, but most tokens lack a link to tangible revenue, leading to volatility and short-lived hype cycles.

LandFi turns real estate proceeds into on-chain value.Users can stake LND in short 30–60 day pools and earn USDC and LND rewards funded by real-world property cycles (rewards are variable and never guaranteed). This model keeps liquidity moving, rewards flowing, and treasury strength growing, regardless of crypto market volatility.

3) Product Suite

LandFi goes beyond staking, it’s a full ecosystem designed for scalable participation:
  • Staking Pools: 30–60 day cycles linked to real-estate activity.
  • Acquisition & Development Fund: Commit capital to larger projects and receive token rewards linked to project milestones (rewards are variable and never guaranteed).
  • Asset Backer: Real estate-backed collateralisation for lending/liquidity participation. NFT deeds or SPV tokens represent property collateral for lending/liquidity participation.
  • Tax-Efficient Managed Property (TEMP): Fully managed rental properties with optional tax-optimised crypto payouts. Crypto-denominated distributions offered where legally permitted; tax treatment varies by jurisdiction.
  • LandFi Spend-to-Earn Visa Card: Spend anywhere Visa is accepted and earn LND back, with boosted rewards at partner merchants and property platforms.

4) How LandFi Works

  • Capital Formation: Token sales and ecosystem revenues fund the treasury.
  • Deployment: Capital is allocated to short-cycle deals (auction flips, subdivisions) and select strategic projects (resort development, build-to-sell).
  • Redistribution: A share of net proceeds flows back into rewards, buy-backs, and treasury growth, compounding over time as more acquisition partners are onboard
  • Transparency: Milestone-based drawdowns, monthly KPIs, and on-chain reporting ensure verifiable contributions.

DAO Voting
LandFi is designed as a community-influenced ecosystem, where token holders can guide major decisions while the core team ensures operational execution and compliance. Governance votes are conducted through Snapshot-style off-chain voting with on-chain execution, require a 10% quorum of circulating LND, and pass by simple majority.

Transparency
All inflows and outflows are on-chain and auditable.

Compliance-First
LND is a utility token, not a security. Geo-blocking, allowlists, and KYC/AML controls may apply where required by law.

Legal & Risk Summary
  • Utility Token: LND grants access to pools, governance, and ecosystem features. It does not represent equity, debt, profit rights, or property ownership.
  • Voluntary Participation: Rewards are activity-based and variable, never guaranteed.
