LND is the native utility token of LandFi, designed to power our real-world asset (RWA) ecosystem. Built on Ethereum as an ERC-20 token, LND is central to staking, governance, and value creation. It enables holders to participate in staking pools, earn USDC rewards, and benefit from our buy-back and burn mechanism, which supports long-term token scarcity.
No. LND is a utility token. It does not represent ownership in real-world assets, offer dividends, or guarantee profit. LandFi is structured under a dual-entity model to remain compliant with global regulations and avoid classification as a security.
LND holders can stake their tokens in multiple pools and earn rewards, primarily in USDC. 10% of the total token supply is allocated to rewards, with additional monthly revenue from real-world land and property activity flowing into the platform. Buy-back and burn events further increase scarcity and support token value growth.
Staking LND and participating in real estate activity is straightforward:
Browse available or upcoming staking
pools.
Select the pool type (auction flip, subdivision, short-term rental exposure, etc.).
Stake LND for the chosen duration (30–60 days).
At cycle end, claim rewards in USDC and/or LND.
Re-stake into new pools to continue participation.
LND is the key to the entire LandFi ecosystem, granting access rather than ownership. At launch, holders can stake to unlock USDC reward pools, vote in the DAO on treasury allocations and acquisitions, and earn loyalty incentives through staking streaks and participation. Over the first year, LND will expand into real-world rental simulations, NFT access cards for premium pools, and a LandFi Visa card that lets users earn LND back on everyday spending, with higher rewards for those with larger staking commitments. Looking ahead, token-gated campaigns, a pooled acquisition and development fund, and asset-backed lending opportunities will allow participants to commit capital to larger projects and earn rewards throughout the build cycle. Future DAO-approved initiatives may include concierge integrations, travel perks, and a fully managed property programme distributing crypto rental income in a tax-optimised way.
LandFi uses audited smart contracts and a dual-entity structure to remain fully compliant while protecting token holders. Revenue contributions from RWA businesses are transparent and verifiable. All funds are handled through secure, on-chain mechanisms with multi-signature controls on treasury wallets.
LND will be available via our website, followed by a public launch and DEX listings in Q4 2025.
No. LandFi does not provide direct ownership of property. Instead, our model offers exposure to real-world real estate activity through gamified vaults, USDC rewards and DAO governance. This allows users to participate in property-backed strategies and benefit from revenue contributions, all while keeping the token fully classified as a compliant utility asset, not a security.
